Movement practices that energize rather than deplete
Mindfulness techniques to stay present amid life's demands

Deepen connections
The Antelope Tour is a 90-minute guided walking experience where our group will have exclusive access to the canyon. This creates a serene environment perfect for our breathwork and yoga session within the tour. The walk is primarily on flat ground, though there are a few areas that require climbing ladders or navigating rock formations. Most participants with basic mobility find this tour accessible.
This adventure begins with a 90-minute boat ride to the starting point which is Horseshoe Bend. From there, you'll have approximately 6 hours to float down the Colorado River. The current typically flows at about 3 mph, making for a relaxed paddling experience.
The kayaking portion takes approximately 4-6 hours to return to your car at Lee's Ferry. Most participants complete the journey in 5-6 hours, which includes time for lunch breaks and exploring the short 3/4 mile Waterholes slot canyon. The paddling is gentle with the 3 mph current assisting you.
There are 8 riverside bathroom opportunities while kayaking from the Dam to Lee's Ferry (at river miles 14, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, and 4). In accordance with river etiquette, it's also acceptable to urinate in the river as needed.
Savor nourishing meals while learning practical nutrition wisdom you can implement at home with Cari's expert guidance. Participate in meal preparation and discover how simple changes can create profound shifts in your wellbeing. Cari will share recipes and provide valuable advice on food preparation techniques that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine after the retreat.
These dedicated times allow for discussion and Q&A about wellness concepts covered throughout the retreat. You'll have opportunities for journaling, exploring implementation strategies for when you return home, and connecting with fellow attendees. We create a safe, supportive environment where participants can be vulnerable and open, fostering meaningful connections and learning from each other's experiences.

Most activities require a basic level of mobility and moderate fitness. The Antelope Canyon tour involves some ladder climbing and rock navigation but is mostly on flat terrain. For the kayaking adventure, participants must be avid swimmers to participate in this portion of the retreat. Life jackets will be provided and are required to be worn at all times while on the water. The kayaking itself is assisted by the river current, making the paddling accessible to beginners with basic skills.
